Text Customers

To text a customer, click Contacts in the left menu and navigate to the Customers main feature page.


Once the page opens, locate the customer you want to contact and click the checkbox to select their row. Above the customer list, there will be an option to Send SMS to the customer.


A window will open where you can type your message. A valid phone number must be entered for the customer in order for this feature to work. Note that message and data rates may apply, it is usually best to have the customer expressly approve this method of receiving communication before utilizing it.

When you are ready to send the message hit Submit.
