After signing up for PHP Point Of Sale Cloud/Hosted Version; you will be sent an email with a link to setup your store. You will be asked to setup an admin user along with basic company information.

You will then have all the information you need to login to your store and finish setup and login.

Make sure you bookmark the page for you point of sale system so you can access it easily.
