Possible bug with Low Inventory reports
I'm going to try to explain what I'm seeing. Hopefully this comes through ok.
If items have a "Reorder level" of 0 and a "Replenish Level" of 1 and a "Current Quantity" of 0 they will show up fine on an "Out of Stock" report. But when running a "At or Below Reorder Level" report they don't show up. Only items with a replenish higher than 1 will show up. They also don't show up when running a "At or Below Reorder Level and Out of Stock" report. In fact, I get same exact results for both "At or Below Reorder Level" and "At or Below Reorder Level and Out of Stock" reports. Only items that are at or below "Reorder Level" but not with a 1 "Replenish Level".
I'm not sure if maybe I'm not comprehending the report correctly, but it seems I should see every item that needs to be reordered when choosing the "At or Below Reorder Level and Out of Stock" report.

I also need the parameters you use for report. There might have been a bug fix for this in 16.4

Just running the default "Low Inventory" report:
Supplier: All
Category: Same on any one of them
Inventory: This is the one that I switch between 3 choices for results
Show only items with reorder level: unchecked
Location: Stock
No export
My database is around 4G at last check.
Could you upgrade to 16.4 to see if you have same issue?
