FAIL TO LOGIN IT RETURN UPGRADE
When you click upgrade it loading and return again to upgrade again I uploaded the backup that I backed up from stoconfiguration

I replied to you in ticket. But in summary you are use a database with the non standard prefix for the tables which is why you can't upgrade. will need to convert to standard prefix to upgrade. I can do this for you on Monday. I sent you 16.2 release so you can revert back.

I was able to convert for you and just followed up with an email with a 16.4 database all ready to go
