unrestrict employees to ip and ip ranges when accessing the system
How can i unrestrict employees to access the system?
I'm using phppos 18.3 and would like to access pos from another country

You would need to go to employees --> edit --> IP Addresses Employee Can Access From: and add new IP address or remove all to have unrestricted access.
If I wanted to restrict employees from accessing the POS from anywhere, other than the job site, is it the public IP address of my location that I need to enter? If it's public IP, what happens when the ISP assigns a different IP to my location?
It is public IP. You can do CIDR or wildcard notation
