void and refund credit card

Does anyone else have the "void and refund credit card" option when they edit a sale? It is checked by default and we have had a couple incidents where purchases were accidentally refunded when just trying to update the other information. I've looked through the store config for a way to remove it and did not see anything. I also noticed it is not in the demo environment or in the screenshot in the documentation.

    That is only if you have integrated processing and click delete sale or if you edit sale and void
