Price Rule Reach Buying Amount Get Free Item

I want to give away free some items to the customers when customers buy amount of tag product reached amount of x.

eg I want to provide a free T-Shirt to a customer if they buy 200$ of all items with the tag OJT

How do I go with the price rule
