Work Orders and Suspended Sales

I'm really liking the Work Order function, and am using it for online as well as in-store orders.  However, with the online orders, I don't complete the sale in the POS, since the sales data from Shopify directly syncs with Quickbooks.  The net result is all sorts of Suspended Sales that never get completed in the POS.

I'm currently just deleting all the suspended sales for those online orders, but that deletes the Work Order as well.  It seems that there's enough useful information within a Work Order that I'd like to save them for later reference.

Could there maybe be some kind of toggle where we could determine whether or not a Work Order creates a Suspended Sale?
