Sales Price
Hi Chris, it is with an agent concern that i am writing to you to inform that on matters of sales. An employee with EDIT SALE PRICE option granted or cheked can allow the sale of an item at any price even zero amount. Say your cost price of an item is $400 and you are selling at $500 but on sale interface the employee can edit the price even to 0. Please help because we allow employees to sell multple prices. Edit sale price let’s employees do as it says, edit the price. If you want to restrict the prices go to store config and check “do not allow items to be sold below cost price”
Also in store config you can check box Limit Manual Price Adjustments And Discounts
Then when ending item you can set range
But the do not allow items to be sold below cost price box and limit manual adjustments is also checked but it is still the same. Allowing items to be sold even at 0 amount which is below the minimum manual sale limit
Can you send message to support@phppos.com with url and login so I can look? Will also need to know version
It is done on the sales screen interface, on the place written EDIT SALE . Any figure you put there OVERIDES THE TOTAL AMOUNT, and also changes the selling price of every items on the entire sale.
Can you send screenshot? If it is the line item total we did a patch for that a couple weeks ago
