1- Is it possible that when creating a price rule, the section of Categories will also have the option to include sub categories?

2- Is it possible to have coupon code group

Example
Coupon Group Code T1 will include PM01, toy1, Q35

Coupon Group Code T2 will include PM02, toy2, Q45
