Gift cards showing as profit when purchased and when used.

Hello,

I have noticed that when running a profit/loss report that Gift Cards are shown as a profit when you sell one (as expected), but also again shown as a profit when used on future transactions. 

For example: If I sell a $10 gift card on Tuesday it will show that profit on Tuesday's profit/loss report. Then if that customer buys $10 in product on Wednesday and uses their gift card it will also show a profit on Wednesday for that transaction, however there would be no profit made on a transaction that used a gift card as payment.

    Go to store config --> "calculate Gift Card Profit When" (Change to what you want)
