Export sales to Quickbook

Its a very good advantage to use Quickbooks. Before I start to use Quickbooks I made a test account. I transfer sales from PHP POS and it transfered nicely. We are operating our business with 3 shops so when sync done to quickbooks, it doesnt show as each shop sales, it show 3 different sales in a day but name is PHP POS ........ If this is fixable it would be great to use quickbooks.
