Order statuses can be synchronized?
for example: how can you change orders from processing to completed?

Yes this syncs if you have import orders on
Where do you see the orders placed in woocommerce?

REPORTS --> SALES --> Ecommerce sales
You would setup a cron task to run once per hour. If you are on cloud you would send us a message to set it up. If you are on download you would need to do this with your host

I understand that these are reports where the orders are shown.
But I wanted to modify the order status from phppos to woocommerce.
I have tested with deliveries changing status to shipped. But it is not changed in woocommerce.
When it resynchronizes it returns to the unscheduled state.
Any ideas for this workflow?
We don't have a way to do what you are describing. I would recommend posting to https://feedback.phppos.com to have it on our public list that others can post on. You will also be notified when there is a change about it.
