Question About Price Rules

Been playing around with this and can't get it to do what I want. Is there a way to sell a product then add another product to the sale and have a discount applied to that other product?

For instance, we sell item A and that has a price of $5.00. We then add item B to the sale. Item B by itself is $2.00 but when it's added to the sale with Item A, it becomes $0.

Is this able to be done with price rules and if so, how do I get it set up?

    As of now there isn't a way to do this
