Receipt Layout
Hi there, i have seen an issue with thermal receipt Total. When the TOTAL FIGURE is small, there will be no issue, but when the FIGURE is large it cuts the figure. Can that be corrected? [E.g when it is $200 it appears full figure on thermal receipt but when the total is $200000 you it erases the last two or three figures]

Do you have margins set to 0 and a paper size of 72mm or greater? Are you using the star tsp 100?
i am using E-POS TEP 220MC SERIES and margins are set to zero
This isn't the printer we support for results are best effort. If you are using chrome try firefox, if you are using firefox try Chrome. Do you have wide receipt printer format turned OFF in store config? What is the width of paper?
The paper i am using is 79mmx80mmx13mm
All I can recommend is trying another browser or use the star tsp 100.
