Customer Display for difference user and difference computer

I am currently still using my customizing 16.2, but for difference employee account (user) in difference computers, why they show the same Customer Display (only one of the Customer Display)? index.php/sales/customer_display/1

    Customer display is tied to register id; not employee id

    Registers can be added in locations -> edit
