Discount Comment is not correct for a specific tier price

For example item-1 (Cost: 5$, Sale Price: 10$, Gold Membership 8$) our price rule is 10+1

Then the auto generated comment as without consideration of tier price

10+1
Discount: $10.00

In my case the tier price "Gold Membership" for item-1 so the comment should be

10+1
Discount: $8.00
