Close out and Detailed Sales Report show different totals
This randomly happens about 4 or 5 times a month, on different days...
When I open the Close Out and Detailed sales reports, those show different amounts for subtotal, total, and tax... The reports do not match... Does not happen on every day, just some days. I am asking this question because my merchant statements are also different from these days... what report is right?

Update - The detailed sales report did match my merchant account for that day.
Is this a bug with the close out report? Also, a gift card from a bank was used but is not showing up in close out report as well.

Can you tell me which part of closeout report? Part of it shows payments and part of it shows sales.
