Purchase Order quantity limitations

I have products that I am only able to order in exact quantities. Is there a way of making my PO round up or down to meet these? Example, I have 2 of something in stock and the replenish quantity is 6. It would put in an order of 4 but I can only get this product in multiples of 3. I would like it to round itself down automatically if possible. (or up in necassary) Is this possible?

This isn't possible as of now. I have added to our feature request list. If others request we will add.

I suppose it could also work if as well as a replenish level there was an "if below, order x" amount option. That replenish level is perfect for everything else I have in the store. Thanks!!!!!

    Curious Chris,

Does something similar to min/max ordering exist? So for instance, I have 1 of an item in inventory and my min is set to 2, my max is set to 6. In this case, the system would see that my inventory is below the min and would trigger a reorder that would get me back to my max, in this case 6. So if I generate a PO, it would add 5 to the order.

We have a replenish level which is the number you want to have when you re-order. We don't have min and max however

    Dear Chris,

Please drop the link to the feature request list for this functionality. I'd like to vote for it it hasn't been effected yet.

If it has, please point me towards a guide if there's one.

    Thanks.

I don't know if this issue is now outdated or solved by an update but for Indigo's issue, my workaround is fixing the replenish level to the correct multiple of the total stock I'd like to purchase. So if my reorder level is 3 and I want to replace with 5 packs of 3 pcs every time it goes below that, I just use a replenish level of 15 and hide the other columns in the report.

For Carlos' issue, the "order amount" column in the report fixes this.
