At this time our international providers of stripe and Braintree don’t support Middle East
Ok, why do not you add an additional payment method for the Middle East and Africa?
It’s possible we could do this in future. What processor would you be interested in?
PayPal is possible, it is mostly supported all over the world.
But 2checkout (https://www.2checkout.com/global-payments) is very supported for the Middle East and Africa countries.

We will consider this in future; however last time we looked at paypal they just supported mobile devices and NOT desktop
"2checkout" will be very great choice.
INGENICO (https://www.ingenico.com) will be also a good choice for that.
