Automatic Backup

Greetings,

I want to create a task to perform an automatic backup daily. I saw that need to create a batch file, I has no experience with programing and scripts. Anyone can send me the script to do this task? 

I have the download version installed in a computer with Windows 11 Pro, it need to be in server version or it can work in a regular windows OS?
