Adding Modifiers to Receivings and add Percent increase to Modifiers

We need to be able to have a modifier increase a base price by a percentage as well as a flat dollar amount.

Also I would like to be able to use the modifiers in my receivings.

We sell custom made products and need to be able to better keep track of the profit on each item
