Items need to exist to add a sale. You could add an item called "Open Item" with allow alt. description and item has serial number checked. This will let you have a custom item to do a sale

It removes all items. If you want jus deleted you would need to only run these queries SET FOREIGN_KEY_CHECKS=0; DELETE FROM phppos_items WHERE deleted = 1

Total inventory = is the inventory you have one hand multiplies by cost price Total inventory value by unit price is the inventory you have on hand multiplied by unit price
