The username is bn_phppos and password is not including the quotes in the file. They have to work as that is how the pos connects

You need to look in c:/phppos/apps/phppos/htdocs/database.php for username and password. Root password is changed randomly You can always do a backup via store config -> backup database -> option 1

Lets use this as an example Item: Tennis Can cost price 1.50 selling price:4 quantity: 3 would cost of goods be 4.50? Is that really all that is needed?
