Product Serial Number
What is the best way to keep track of the product serial number if I need to refer to it for warranty purposes? There's product ID, item number, etc., but the same exact product may have different serial numbers.

Thanks for asking. You can store item serial numbers with Item. In the sales module, you will be able to find item using this serial number.

If I wanted to make sure the employees select the right Serial Number when they enter the UPC Barcode into the system, how do I enforce that? If they were to scan the UPC code right now, the serial number will show as "empty".
Employee can choose serial number based on availability for each item on cart.
If the article has a serial number and has the location where it is located
When a transfer is made between stores of an item that has a serial number, the location of the store where it was transferred is not updated?
