You have most of the components of a CRM already built into the POS texting email and calendar. It would be helpful if was a way to acknowledge that an event was completed on the calendar. We make follow up calls and need a way to tell when it's completed. I would also like to be able to test a form text. We use it to ask for reviews but have to copy paste then edit before sending
