Item Kits inventory quantity

I manufacture drinking water. Have created the various raw materials that make up 1 bottle of water as items. Have also added the finished water as an item kit and attached the various items that make that 1bottle of water. I make a batch production like 10000pcs at once but i don't sell all the botles at once. How can i manage my stock of the kits or how can i pre manufacture without having to make a sale to have the system deducts my items from stock
