Could we make our order in Excel and transfer to PHP POS?
We have products around 500. We have a Order form from company ( its build with excel) we are purchashing. So we are doing this job for 3 shops and than we have to enter into PHP POS one-by-one. Its takes time and open for mistakes. Is it possible to import our order to PHP POS? There is Batch receiving but I am not sure if it is ok. Because I want to import as Suspended PO so when products come and if there is a mistake (usually happens) we can fix before enterin into inventory.

That sounds like a good idea. Have you tried it with a small sample or anything? I notice there's even a template to work with, which makes it really pretty easy.
I haven't used the Excel import for that function, but have for all sorts of others in PHP POS. It's worked great.
I just tried it for one item, and it worked great. Just use the template, put the items you want on it, save it, then choose and save it in Batch Receiving. It pops up in the standard Receiving window, where you can convert it to a PO (or not), and Suspend it if you want. Pretty straightforward.
