Just a few ideas for returns. Implementing a way to track why an item was returned. Reasons could be added in the Store Config options. Of course this information would also need to show up on reports.
Would it be possible to have a way to refund an item as well as sell an item on the same ticket?
Could there be a Store Config option that requires you to have a customer to do a return?
Just a few ideas I had. Not sure what could be implemented.
