Can't Import New Item or Exixting item

Hello,

When I attempt to import new items using Excel or CSV, I receive the message, 'Warning occurred during import, but the import was completed.' However, upon checking, there is no additional information provided, and the data I intended to import did not go through.

Then, I tried importing data for existing items. The message indicated that the import was successful, yet the data was not actually updated.

Is there a solution for this issue?
