manage suspended sales

i have a doubt, i need to create suspended sales but when i reactivate it i need to update existing items in that order, or add new ones, i need to identificate that items in my receipt printed, i don't want to print hem all again, only new ones or identificate them in some way when i suspend the sale again, when i complete the sale now i want to see them all of course, can this be done in some way?
