A batch sale is a predefined sales transaction that is stored in an Excel Document. You can run a batch transaction if you have regular customer sales that are always the same.
Navigate to the Sale View

Sales View
Click Batch Sale

Download the template for a batch sale:

Edit the contents of the Spreadsheet file:

Upload Spreadsheet:

The sales interface will load all the information into the sale and you can then complete the transaction as you would a normal sale:
